Dear students,
I have received some communications from you that evidence some problems in using the powtoon’s license you have obtained. The University Office dedicated to this service has opened a ticket with the software house to solve the problem.
While we wait for the resolution of the problem, you can
a) Use another tool than Powtoon;
b) Enter directly on the webpage www.powtoon.com with the following credentials:
username powtoon4@cmela.it
password powtoon123
username powtoon5@cmela.it
password powtoon123
If you want to use Powtoon, remember that you can work one person per time and not simultaneously. However, with the same license, you can open more projects. Therefore, You have to organize with the other groups.
When you have finished your project in Powtoon environment, you can download the video in .mp4 format following this instruction: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1n79AVvvVY3larir0NVP_FnXgE3XTODhE/view).
As a general rule, I suggest sketching your video (text, pictures, photo, etc.) before editing it with a specific tool.
