The 2016 VIP Classes on Private International Law
Professor Kessedjian’s VIP 2016 classes on Private International Law will focus on International Arbitration and ADR, National Court Proceedings, and on Applicable Law Issues.
The course should enable participants to master some advanced aspects of Private International Law. Students attending the classes should already know the bases of Private International Law. We will always look at international law - when it exists - and at the specific regional legal system of the European Union, in addressing the relevant legal issues.
Proficiency in English is required - Students attending the classes will be invited to follow in parallel the English exercises held by a mother tongue teacher at the Law School
