Breve presentazione personale e professionale e interessi di ricerca:

Mi sono laureata all’Università di Padova in Scienze Politiche (indirizzo internazionale) con una tesi sul populismo nelle Alpi (2004). Ho approfondito l’interesse per la marginalità dei territori e delle persone che li abitano durante il master in Sviluppo sostenibile e gestione dei sistemi agroambientali all’Università di Bologna (2006) ed il master in Management della montagna all’Università di Udine (2008).

Ho lavorato come project management per l’implementazione di iniziative transfrontaliere legate alla tutela delle aree protette. Ho proseguito la mia attività di consulenza per la pubblica amministrazione ampliando l’area di expertise verso le politiche sociali.

Ho conseguito il master in Valutazione, formazione e sviluppo delle risorse umane presso l’Università di Padova (2021).

Collaboro da dieci anni con il Laboratorio di Ricerca e Intervento in Educazione Familiare facendo dell’implementazione del programma P.I.P.P.I. (Programma di Intervento Per la Prevenzione della Istituzionalizzazione) il baricentro del mio interesse personale e professionale.


Abstract progetto di dottorato:

La borsa di dottorato ho come obiettivo vincolato la valutazione delle azioni rivolte ai professionisti titolari della presa in carico delle famiglie vulnerabili incluse nel programma P.I.P.P.I.

Partendo da una disamina del concetto di povertà educativa, nella mia ricerca voglio analizzare in che modo la partecipazione a nuclei di orchestre sociali supporti i bambini e le famiglie coinvolti nel programma P.I.P.P.I. Il focus territoriale è rivolto agli ambiti della Regione Puglia che sono coinvolti in P.I.P.P.I. ed usufruiscono delle risorse finanziarie ad hoc.

I graduated from the University of Padua in Political Science (curriculum: international relations ) with a dissertation on populism in the Alps (2004). I deepened my interest in the marginality of territories and their inhabitants during the master’s degree in Sustainable Development and Management of Agri-Environmental Systems at the University of Bologna (2006) and the master's degree in Mountain Management at the University of Udine (2008).

I worked as project management for the implementation of transboundary initiatives related to the protection of protected areas. I continued my consulting work for public administrations expanding the area of expertise towards social policies.

I received the master's degree in Human Resources Evaluation, Training and Development from the University of Padua (2021).

I have been working for ten years inside the Laboratory for Research and Intervention in Family Education of the University of Padova, making the implementation of P.I.P.P.I. (Program of Intervention For the Prevention of Institutionalization) the center of my personal and professional interest.


Abstract PhD project:

The doctoral fellowship has its bounded objective in the evaluation of the actions addressed to the professionals in charge of taking care of vulnerable families included in the P.I.P.I. program.

Starting with an examination of the concept of educational poverty, in my research I want to analyze how the participation in social orchestras supports children and families involved in the P.I.P.P.I. program. The focus is on the territories of Apulia Region involved in P.I.P.P.I. and benefit from the specific financial resources.
