I currently work in business development and acceleration. I use a scientific approach to innovation, entrepreneurship and training assessments to implement the acceleration process. I work for ETIFOR srl in Padua on a number of projects. My role in these projects is research-based and includes; innovation and business assessments; market (business and university) and needs analyses; training course development (e-learning courses); drafting reports; reviewing reports; website material reviews and reviewing all English material produced by the company. Some of our main clients on these projects include; the World Bank, the European Commission, FAO, UNECE and local, regional and national public institutions in Italy.

In parrallel, I am completing a Master's degree in Forest Science (Responsible Production of Forest Goods and Services) in the University of Padova. I also have a BAgSc (Honours) from the University College Dublin in Forest management.

In the past, I developed training courses for English language learning, quality revision of texts for publication, teacher training and other English language consultant services. I have a CELTA and TEFL.

I have worked with a wide range of clients in different fields, more specifically in the financial sector for example; UniCredit/BNP Paribas/Credit Agricole/ and universities, for example; Bocconi University and Politecnico di Milano in the north of Italy, Milan. 
I have a very diversified background in different fields; business innovation assessment, teaching, forest engineering, sales and have travelled extensively, which has given me huge experience in understanding the importance of adaptability and communicating effectively. 

I speak fluent Italian, some French and Gaelic (Irish). 

I enjoy reading, sea kayaking, hiking, fishing and fathering my two wonderful kids.
