In this lecture we loaded data from a TEXT file with goat positions taken from a GNSS(GPS) collar (positions.csv) which contained spatial data expressed in colums which are separated by a "delimiter" which is a character. In our dataset, this delimiter is the TAB character. This dataset has spatial information in two coordinate reference systems (CRS), and we talked about CRSs and how QGIS deals with CRSs - follow the excercises in  handout CRS coordinate reference systems - for more info on this matter.

We also saw how to use plugins by loading the QuickMapServices plugin for accessing the Google Satellite basemaps - see the last part of "handout - access geodata" for this.
