This ten-hour (two hours of multimedia content and interactive activities, eight hours of in-depth material) online course on sustainability is targeted mainly to students at the beginning of their university career who are taking the first step in building a regenerative future and might be in need of guidance in terms of knowledge, resources, networks, and possibilities. It aims to develop participants’ internal compass and inspire them to become informed and active stewards of sustainable change.

The course will take on an embodied, transformative approach, engaging participants’ cognitive (head), affective (heart), and psychomotor (hands) domains while keeping them rooted to their specific contexts (feet). By the end of the course, participants should be equipped with the important concepts on sustainability, critically reflect on their sense of responsibility, and develop their response-ability as agents of sustainability transformation.
